I also wonder how it is possible for some people to be so blessed with the magic of words and to be able to use simple words we all know in a sentence and evoke a feeling from the reader?
Anyway, that's just a sidetracked thought. This quote, I feel, relates to me in terms of my job search and narrowing what I'd like to do as a career. Ever since moving back to Singapore I've been drowning in my own uncertainties and worries about what to do in 2017. Looking for a job was tough, but my search has come to fruition and I'm currently employed! *yippee* Even though it is a part-time retail job, I'm still happy that I have something to pass my time with as I continue pondering and searching for the right full time job for me.
I've also noticed that it's been a month since I last posted (my bad) but just a quick update on what's happened since.

- Chinese New Year - had such a great one this year with Ben once again, and had my family all together which was very meaningful as always.
- Job - Yes, I got a job! Shall not repeat myself since I've already mentioned this earlier.
- Graduation! - It finally happened. We flew to Perth for a couple of days to get ready and attend my ceremony. It was such an incredible day, I felt so blessed and also proud of myself for completing my education. There were so many pictures taken, kind wishes passed around and pride filled the air. I have to say, I definitely will miss the good ol' Perth days.
- Cousin's Wedding - It's the first wedding I've attended in a long time and it's the first wedding amongst my extended family. Ben and I got to attend it together and it was so much fun.
It's been a busy few weeks and I honestly haven't had much time at home either. But I think as we head further into the year I'll get settled more quickly and have more time to work on creative things.
I find that it's always good to look at my goals and redetermine myself to work towards these goals. There are so many things I want to get started on and so many aspirations that I want to see fulfilled. I'm glad that I finally got around to finishing this post and posting it, it's a great feeling.
